Project of the Year and Honor Award

The American Public Works Association honored Soltek with two of the awards this past month. The Museum of Man & California Tower Ornamentation Restoration won Project of the Year and The Museum of Art Ornamentation Reconstruction won an Honorable Mention both under the category of Historic Projects. Mark Hussey, Project Manager and Jennifer Masaway, Business Development Coordinator attended the awards luncheon on September 9, 2009 to receive the two awards.

The California Preservation Foundation honored the project with an award in the Craftsmanship/Preservation Technology category on September 19, 2009. The ceremony was held in San Francisco at the Inter-Continental Mark Hopkins Hotel.
