June 02, 2008 Soltek Nabs Navy Exchange Project

 

The Design Bid-Build project, which is scheduled for completion in October 2009, will provide the Repair and Renovation of existing Buildings 3187, 3187A, and 3379. The project includes converting the existing, 8,655m2 Commissary (B3379), to an Exchange main store retail sales floor, and construct a new garden shop canopy system. The project also includes the renovation of the existing 10,000m2 main retail store and services shops (B3187 & B3187A). Supporting facilities include all required utilities, communications and alarms, power, pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalks, storm drainage, landscaping, and other site improvements. Interior construction will be appropriate for establishment, set up, and operation of a retail business.
