Project includes the demolition of the existing single story buildings and the incorporation of a vibrated stone column foundation support system.
Jolly Boy Saloon & Restaurant, Delaware North Companies, $1,248,014: The project consists of remodeling an existing 5,000-sf restaurant. Work includes the restoration of an existing building throughout, new interior & exterior finishes, landscape improvements & skylight system.
Southwestern College Music Building 800/850, Southwestern Community College District, $4,897,000: The project consists of a 16,000-sf remodel and renovation of existing community college buildings for music classrooms, rehearsal spaces, digital recording studio, offices and related facilities.
Rancho Minerva Middle School Multi-Purpose Building, Vista Unified School District, $3,647,000: The project consists of the construction of a 15,327-sf , single-story multipurpose building.
Renovate Hangar 1456, Naval Air Station North Island, $13,447,000: The work includes the design and construction/renovation of various industrial (Hangar) facilities with reinforced concrete foundation and structure compliant with current California seismic codes, adapt the existing structure to the requirements of new occupants, and including Fire protection and ADA access to code. Exterior finishes will complement installation architectural standards.
Juan Soria Elementary School, Oxnard School District, $31,461,000: New construction of an Administration Building, Multi-Purpose Library, Kindergarten Building, two-story Classroom Buildings, Storage Building, Restrooms and site work. Total of nine buildings.
Design-Build First Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion Facilities, $7,697,000: This project will include construction on a new facility for a new company for the 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion (LAR). The new 11,000-sf armory building will be constructed to replace the existing armory. The LAR is located in the 41 area of Camp Pendleton, CA.
