Driffill School P2P+ Project

Project Description

This Design-Bid-Build project consisted of constructing a new 63,000 sq. ft. multi-story administration and classroom building, including covered walkways, repainted existing school buildings, resurfaced playgrounds, and a new parking lot. The development featured low-maintenance landscaping, integrated sidewalks, developed courtyards with ADA access, and renovated ball field and playground grass areas. Additionally, the project included off-site improvements for the City of Oxnard, such as new sidewalks on two sides of the campus, a bus turnout lane, and the replacement of an existing 8” City of Oxnard sewer line running through the school site easement. It also incorporated the installation of three new fire water lines with hydrants and an upgraded Southern California Edison service to support the new campus buildings.
