Located on the first fairway of the Chula Vista Municipal Golf Course, this project included construction of a single-story 20,0000-sf library, historic museum and community center.  The library complex is comprised of an 8,000-square-foot library, a 2,000-square foot community room with full kitchen, outdoor patio and fireplace, a 4,000-square-foot local history museum, and a 400-square foot public safety center. . 

In addition to the state-of-the-art computer lab and indoor/outdoor children's reading areas, other special features include a 45 foot tower, a travertine/fossil dual fireplace and a three-mile shared-use jogging trail.  The scope of work included creation of a new street entrance structure complete with street signals and a 600 foot stamped median.
