El Camino High School
Project involved construction of a 57,762-sf, three-story, 32-classroom, structural steel frame educational facility including laboratory. Work included site work, concrete, structural steel framing and metals, glue-lams, casework and classroom/lab shelving, asphalt shingles, doors and windows, finishes including ceilings, flooring and painting, restrooms, mechanical, electrical and technology, ceiling fans and wheelchair lift. Major trades involved were demolition, grading, site utilities, structural/miscellaneous steel, structural concrete, metal stud framing, drywall, lath and plaster, glazing, sheet metal, architectural specialties, roofing, elevator, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinklers, electrical, and communications. In addition to the building construction, the project also includes substantial site concrete, asphalt paving and landscaping
