North County Regional Education center

A collaborative development between the San Marcos Unified School District (SMUSD) and San Diego Office of Education (SDOE), the center houses offices, classrooms and a conference center for the SDCOE, and District Headquarters for the SMUSD, creating a seamless and integrated campus complex.  The NCREC also provides educational facilities for 9th through 12th grade students plus training and administractive components.

Project totalls 70,000 sq. ft., and includes construction of a  two-story, steel framed structure.  Project included the construction of  a two-story post tensioned concrete parking structure.  Site development will provide for utilities, some surface parking, and landscaped private park. Total of 6 buildings.
