Santa Fe Depot
This project involved the rehabilitation of an existing 1918 historic train depot, and circa 1921 addition of a two-story, 57,538-sf structure with attic and basement on a three-acre site. The scope of work included removal of hazardous materials, seismic retrofit and structural enhancement, complete mechanical, plumbing, and electrical system replacement, fire sprinkler, alarm, and security system installation, stair, elevator, and stair lift installation, improvements to disabled access, historic doors and windows restoration, historic lighting, flooring, wall finish, marble and tile restoration.
