UCSD Faculty Club Expansion

This project involved the expansion and renovation of the existing UCSD Campus Faculty Club, totalling approximately 6,500 gsf. The existing Dining Room and Kitchen will be expanded and upgraded, and a new Conference Room, Library and Restrooms will be constructed. The courtyard is enclosed by an architectural elliptical concrete wall. Other features include copper standing seam roof and gutters, and a fountain in the courtyard with brick paving. The existing Loading Dock and Service Drive are relocated as part of the project. The project includes site utility upgrades and incidental landscape and irrigation work. One of the primary goals of this project is to complete the expansion and renovation of the facility while allowing for continuous use and operation throughout construction.
