Soltek Acquires $18.9 Million Ordinance Storage Facilities Contract
Soltek Pacific Construction Company has been awarded the $7,597,500 Design Build BRACON P-712V and P-780V Ordnance Storage Facilities at Naval Air Weapons Station, China Lake, California. This task order also contains four options, which increases the cumulative task order value to $18,989, 500. The work includes construction of two pre-engineered metal buildings, nine earth covered Type “E” magazines, access roads, parking expansion, site improvements, and utilities (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and telephone) to support the building facilities, fencing and incidental related work. Project Completion is scheduled for September 2010.
Soltek Project Management Team will include Steve Thompson, Managing Corporate Officer, William Griswold, Project Manager and Dave Harris, Superintendent.
