Soltek Fosters Personal and Professional Development

We are thrilled to share that our very own Fernando Silva has been selected as one of three recipients of the AGC Construction Project Management Certificate Program scholarship for the class of 2024-2025. The program, tailored to aspiring construction managers, features 26 classes giving students an all-encompassing overview of the field.

As stated on the AGCSD website - "Students who complete the Construction Project Management Certificate Program will gain the skills and strategies needed to effectively manage building projects from start to finish"

Recognizing the potential for career advancement and the chance to contribute further to Soltek's success, Fernando took it upon himself to apply and was later notified of his success in acquiring

one of the three sought after scholarships. Fernando's vision extends beyond personal goals; he plans to leverage his newfound knowledge for Soltek's benefit, emphasizing:
