Project Manager

General Contractor has immediate need for Project Manager for project located in San Diego area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with clients, vendors, regulatory agencies and all other project stakeholders.
  • Prepare project schedule(s) and drive project to meet deadlines.
  • Negotiate and manage cost proposals.
  • Prepare owner billings.
  • Prepare and submit subcontractor payments.
  • Prepare monthly financial projections

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:

  • 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in construction industry with at least 3 years as a Project Manager.
  • Experience in public works projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree, in construction or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Experience with Primavera scheduling software
  • Self-starter
  • Strong attention to detail
