Barnard Mandarin Magnet Elementary Whole Site Modernization

This whole site modernization Lease-Leaseback project encompassed campus-wide improvements to Barnard Mandarin Magnet Elementary School, including renovations to five existing buildings, reconfiguration of the administration building, removal of eight portable classrooms, and construction of a new approximately 8,000-square-foot kindergarten building with a 5,000-square-foot exterior play area. The work also included six relocated classrooms with temporary utility support, a new driveway and pick-up/drop-off and parking area, a new campus fire hydrant, upgraded outdoor learning and play spaces, new shade structures, pavement resurfacing, exterior painting throughout the campus, new drinking fountains and bottle fillers, bike racks, a future garden and seating area, and new electrical infrastructure to support future campus security cameras.
