Correia Middle School Whole Site Modernization

Project Description

This whole site modernization Lease-Leaseback project brought a whole new look for the Correia middle school, providing a more functional and accessible campus for the students. Improvements included touch-ups to the administration building and four classroom buildings, along with updates to spaces that support student programs and campus life, including the music building, the CTE building, four restroom buildings, and the auditorium. Alongside all these renovations, the project also featured several new facilities including a new 7,223 sq. ft. one-story P.E. building as well as a new 5,142 sq. ft. attached roof canopy and a new 3,700 sq. ft. fabric lunch shelter that provides more comfortable, usable space for students to gather throughout the school day.
