Project Description

This whole site modernization Lease-Leaseback project comprised preconstruction and construction services for a new 14,000 sq. ft. two-story classroom building. The structure featured 12 classrooms, multiple restrooms, and support spaces. Additionally, three new portable kindergarten buildings were included in the project scope.
