Oak Park Elementary School Whole Site Modernization

Project Description

This whole site modernization project encompassed the construction of three new buildings: a 9,750 sq. ft. music building, a 7,482 sq. ft. classroom building, and a 6,072 sq. ft. kindergarten building. The project also included modernization of four existing buildings and reconfiguration and renovation of the administration building to create a new single point of entry. Additional work included removal of 22 modular buildings, a new pick-up and drop-off area, expanded parking, upgraded site lighting, new fencing, enhanced pedestrian walkways, landscaping, a new accessible ramp, a retaining wall, offsite sewer and water connections, and installation of a photovoltaic solar energy array.‍
