Project Description

This Design-Bid-Build project set forth to ensure primary medical and dental care, and includes specialty clinics, ancillaries, support, and administrative departments. The project included both preconstruction and construction services; value engineering; a phased new 39,563 sq. ft. ambulatory care center including primary medical and dental care; specialty clinics; ancillaries; administrative departments; demolition of existing buildings; and site improvements, including utilities, facility special foundations, access drives, parking, signage, anti-terrorism force protection measures, demolition, and environmental protection measures.
