Roosevelt International Middle School Site Modernization

Project Description

The Roosevelt International Middle School whole site modernization project encompassed campus-wide improvements to Roosevelt International Middle School, completed in two phases. The work included construction of a new single-story, approximately 10,000-square-foot administration and classroom building, conversion of the existing administration building into six classrooms, modernization of the boys’ and girls’ restrooms, and extensive exterior and site improvements. Additional work included accessibility upgrades, new perimeter fencing, landscape and irrigation improvements, new parking areas, photovoltaic carports, improved student pick-up and drop-off areas, and right-of-way improvements along Zoo Drive to support safer and more efficient campus circulation.
