Rowan Elementary School Whole Site Modernization and Joint Use Field

Project Description

This whole site modernization Lease-Leaseback project encompassed a campus-wide modernization of Rowan Elementary School, including the renovation and upgrade of eight existing buildings (all campus buildings except the library), demolition of nine portable buildings, and multiple new additions and structures. The work included two new kindergarten portable classrooms, an addition to the existing administration building, a brand-new administrative support building, upgraded parking and drop-off areas, ADA site and playground improvements with restriping, new shade structures, and a new joint-use field with parking.
