Project Description

The Allan Hancock Skills Center project included construction of a new single-story building with a concrete foundation, PVC thermoplastic membrane roofing, plaster exterior finishes, and gypsum board interior. Demolition of existing wood frame buildings and related site work including a parking lot for staff and student parking. Soltek self-performed concrete and rough carpentry work.
