Acting as the owner's representative, Soltek, in the Multi-Prime Delivery Method, provides comprehensive management services. This method differs significantly from traditional Design-Bid-Build, as prime trade contractors contract directly with the owner rather than a general contractor. This allows the owner to select the construction management service provider based on professional qualifications, rather than relying on the "low bid" approach used for general contractors.
